Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

taxi.asia is an informational website that helps travelers find and book airport taxi and private transfer services across Asia through an external booking service.

taxi.asia is responsible for the content of this website. The booking service handles bookings, payments, transfers and the personal data processed during a booking on their platform.

2. What information we collect

taxi.asia normally has no forms where you submit personal information directly to us. The one exception is the contact form, where you voluntarily provide your name, email and message so we can reply to you.

We may collect basic technical information via cookies and analytics (see section 3). When you click through to book a transfer, the booking takes place with the booking service, which has its own privacy policy.

3. Cookies

We use cookies so the site works correctly and to understand how it is used.

• Essential cookies - required for basic functionality.
• Analytics cookies - used to improve our content and pages.
• Third-party cookies - may be set by the booking service when you click through to book.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Some features may stop working if you do.

4. Third-party services

When you click through to book a transfer, you leave taxi.asia. The booking service's own privacy policy applies to everything you do on their platform.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct and in some cases delete personal data we hold about you. For questions about data linked to a specific booking, please contact the booking service directly.

6. External links

We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of external websites we link to.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are published here with a new "last updated" date at the top.
